Jim Carey: First Pictures Of Mr. Poppers Penguins Out

January 14, 2011: The first official pictures of the forthcoming film adaptation of the childrens book Mr. Poppers Penguins, a Century Fox production has reportedly been published in the edition of US Today.The film has Hollywood star Jim Carey playing the protagonist along with a host of other stars like Carla Gugino, Ophelia Lovibond, Angela Lansbury, Philip Baker Hall, Andrew Stewart- Jones, James Tupper Clark Gregg, David Krumholtz and others.The movie is directed by Mark Waters, known for his great work in movies like Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, Ghost of Girlfriends Past etc and going by the pictures of this latest project it seems even this movie is something really worthwhile to watch out for.According to reports, this movie has some real comic sequences which are bound to take kids and even grown-ups by total surprise. The six penguins shown in the movie have real penguins got in especially remarkable as they are brought in from a zoo in Montreal and are species called the Gentoo Penguins.Reports are that the film has fifty percent of the penguins shots taken with real life Penguins and the other fifty percent have been created through computer graphics and related technology. The names of the penguins are quite suggestive of what one can expect from them. The names are Bitey, Stinky, Louty, Lovey and the Pepe Le Pew of Antarctica.The movie had the entire crew along with the stars all shooting in the most refrigerated conditions with a temperature that was way below 45 degress and too for five whole months.Seems like theres a lot of fun in store for all movie buffs in the coming months.
